Additional Notes:
All bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided for each bed. Towels are provided free of charge, one bath towel, one hand towel per person, plus 4 tea towels.
A deposit of £50.00 per week must be paid when booking, the balance plus £50.00 Cleaning / Damage "Bond" is due six weeks before the start date. The bond will be refunded in full, provided the cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition and as found on your arrival. Please note, although the cottage is strictly "No Smoking" we are not anti-smokers and you may smoke in the garden if you choose.
Pets are not allowed in Chalkdell Cottage.
